Contacting Your Elected Representatives

We elect our Members of Parliament and Councillors but often forget that we can contact them to help us with problems after the elections.  We should all remember that our elected representatives are there to support and help us and represent us.  So take time to use the following links to write to your representatives to let them know your views and ask for help when you need it.

Write to your representative - http://www.writetothem.com/

a useful site to help you find all your elected representatives and write to them on the screen

Find your MP - http://www.parliament.uk/directories/hciolists/alms.cfm

this site is run by Parliament and uses your post code to find your MP, also giving information on what your MP does.

Find your local ouncil - http://www.direct.gov.uk/en/Dl1/Directories/Localcouncils/index.htm

the DirectGov site giving a gateway to useful information
